  10am – 2pm (Box Office opens 1 hour before a performance is due to commence)
• SUN
  Closed (Box Office opens 1 hour before a performance is due to commence)

Please note that at peak times an answer phone service is in operation. Please leave a message with your name and telephone number and we will contact you. We have a limited number of staff able to take your call, but will answer as soon as possible. Alternatively, our website provides a 24 hour service.

Before proceeding your with booking online we recommend you read the following points.

When booking online:

• You will be allocated the best seat at your chosen price available at the time of booking
• You will be charged a fee of £2.50 per transaction to cover administration, and credit card processing costs. In the event of cancellation of the show these charges are non-refundable.
• Once payment is complete, refunds cannot be given
• Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult ticket holder
• Not all seats are on sale for every performance, and some seats are not available for internet booking
• Payment accepted by all Visa cards, Mastercard and Maestro only.
• Wheelchair spaces and disabled access tickets should be booked by contacting the Box Office to ensure the best option is provided for your needs
• Some special offers and family tickets may not be available online
